Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines ‘talking therapy’, an understanding of the brain and hypnosis. Hypnosis is a relaxed, natural state, where the mind calms by using guided relaxation. Once in this state we quieten our conscious chatter and can focus on thoughts and suggestions that may be useful. In Solution Focused Hypnotherapy we focus on what you want to achieve (the solution) rather than what prompted you to seek help (the problem).

I offer a FREE Initial Consultation. This helps me to understand further how I can help you and also gives you an insight into how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can support you.

The number of sessions needed varies per person and we can discuss that further at your initial consultation.  We can do sessions in person from my therapy cabin in Leicestershire or online video call via a Zoom meeting.

We work on retraining the brain to focus on most positive aspects and build a picture of what it would feel like to walk into an interview feeling calm and confident rather than anxious and nervous.


Good sleep is central to our health and wellbeing and disturbed or lack of sleep can effect all areas of our life. It can leave you feeling low, anxious, unable to cope, quick to react and with no or little motivation or concentration. Hypnotherapy can be a quick and effective way to restore good sleep patterns and resolve issues associated with sleep disorders.

Fears and Phobia

It’s normal to experience fear, it keeps us safe and in most cases is manageable. However at times the fear or phobia can become so significant it stops you living the life you want to lead.
