Vicky Haig Hypnotherapy Terms and Conditions
Thank you so much for joining the programme. 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of a programme/course with Vicky Haig Hypnotherapy, and apply to face to face and online programmes.
By purchasing a programme/course with Vicky Haig Hypnotherapy, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions as follows.

Definition of Terms.
Vicky Haig Hypnotherapy herein referred to as ‘us’ ‘we’ ‘our’
The Customer herein referred to as ‘you ‘your’
Programme herein referred to as ‘programme’ ‘course’ ‘training’. Online includes using any form of electronic or digital communication media and software application that is not face-to-face e.g. Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, telephone, email and text etc.

1. Your purchase of our programme
1.1 When you place an order to purchase any of our programmes (“Order”), you are confirming that you are over 18, that you are legally capable of entering into a legally binding contract and that all information you provide to us is true and accurate.
1.2. Your purchase of any programme is a contractual offer that we may choose to accept. Our legally binding agreement begins when we confirm acceptance of your order by sending our confirmation email.
1.3. If your Order is not accepted, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund.
1.4. The programme you purchase shall be delivered in accordance with the details displayed on the relevant sales page at the time your purchase is made.
1.5 Refund policy: You can apply for a refund of a programme within 14 days, there are no refunds after 14 days. Please write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

  1. Programme Access
    2.1. You agree to keep your access to any programmes private and not to share, disclose, assign, sell or licence any part. Sharing your login or course materials with others will result in you being denied access to the programme.
    2.2.  During your access to our programme, you may choose to review and make decisions concerning your personal and home life, business and career, finances, lifestyle, education and development or health and wellness. You accept that any such reviews, subsequent decisions, implementation and action will be your sole responsibility and that we shall not be liable for your failure to make decisions, put into action plans or strategy, or for any results whether direct or indirect arising out of your access to and/or use of any Services purchased.
    2.3. You acknowledge and accept that our Services are designed to provide you with information, materials and support to assist you in developing yourself and that they are not a substitute for counselling or other therapy services. If you are currently seeking medical or other professional help concerning your mental health, or if you are in any way unsure as to your mental capacity to use the Services then you agree to seek advice from a relevant medical professional and inform us if appropriate and relevant.
  2. Access to Sessions
    3.1. You will be responsible for attending any Session included with the Programme that you purchase. We regret that no alternative or replacement dates or times will be offered for any group Sessions if you are unable to attend a Session for whatever reason.
    3.2. If we are waiting for you to attend a Session for more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to treat you as a no show and you will forfeit your right to that Session.
    3.3. Online Sessions will be conducted over Zoom. If technical issues arise, a suitable alternative will be offered.
  3. Confidentiality
    4.1. Any information that is collected from you as a potential client or as a client, including contact details is held in the strictest of confidence. 
    4.2. Any information captured will be used solely for the purpose of providing therapy. We adhere to all relevant regulation in respect to the use and storage of your data further information of which can be found in our Privacy Policy.
  4. Consent to Programmes
    5.1. Implied consent will be taken for each session on the basis of your purchasing the programme.
    5.3. You agree for any relaxation element that you will find a safe and appropriate place to relax for the duration of that relaxation.
